-Owners that need any internal constuction work, trim, or a LOFT, call Fred Powers Construction at 816-596-2758.

- Any CH owners that need paintless dent repair for their car, call your fellow CH Garage Owner at 913-522-0910.

- CH garage doors are high quality insulated doors from Tracker Doors. The door has a spring that can be adjusted. Please call for the phone number to set up the adjustment.

- West side garage doors were pressure washed, and parking and drive areas cleaned.  

- CH has two upcoming OPEN HOUSES. 4 Feb and 18 Feb. from 10-3. A CH broker will be present to escort any guest.

- CH will attend and have a displays at Bartle Hall for the Mid-America RV Show 26-29 Jan., and the World Of Wheels 10-12 Feb.

- The CH Group continues to install landscaping.  Please be careful of areas that grass seed has been planted. 

- Security cameras are active and recording 24/7.

- Special Show incentives are now available unitl 10 Feb. Call for more info, and be sure and tell your friends.

- CH is a G-Floor Dealer. G-Floor is a great way to finish your garage floor and give you that high end quality look for your garage. The CH Group is looking at opportunities to have water available for owners prior to completion of Phase II.

- Winter has arrived. Much of CH landscaping is on hold until spring. More trees, plants, and mulch is planned. Rock edging will replace the plastic edging.

- The Monument Rock is waiting for special lettering which will be mounted when it arrives.

New landscaping spot lights improve security and evening attractiveness.

Carriage Houses plans to build a beautiful clubhouse for relaxing, socializing, clean up, and restroom needs. The clubhouse will be built once there are enough garage owners to support the new facility. So tell all your friends about Carriage Houses, and tell them to come and buy one, and come join the fun.
